Dietary breakfast

This dietary breakfast solves the problem of constipation, burns fat deposits and normalizes weight. After a month of consuming the cocktail, you will easily lose 3-5 kilograms. Your skin, hair and nails will become healthy and beautiful, and the stomach fat will slowly reduce.

To prepare this dietary breakfast you will need:

– 300 ml of kefir (or low-fat yogurt)
– 2 tablespoons of oats
– 1 teaspoon of ground flax seed
– 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
– 5-7 fleshy dried plums

Preparing breakfast

This breakfast is prepared the evening before.
Drizzle the dried plums with a little boiling water (100 ml). Cover and leave for 5-10 minutes.
During this time put the oats, the crushed flaxseed and the cocoa in a bowl. Pour kefir and stir it all good.
Chop the engorged plums finely (you can grind them in a blender to a state of “puree”) and add to the previous mixture.

Mix well and refrigerate. In the morning, remove from the fridge and enjoy a healthy and delicious weight loss breakfast. Results will soon be visible.
